Graduate Accounting Support Officer (Remote)

Myaccountant is looking for enthusiastic accounting graduates to join our remote customer Support team. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career i accounting technology while learning Australian accounting and payroll systems. No prior experience is required. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer support tickets via email.
• Answer customer phone enquiries.
• Learn the myaccountant platform.
• Assist customers with software and payroll-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear guidance.
• Conduct screen-sharing sessions to help customers resolve issues (after training).
• Escalate technical issues where required.
• Maintain accurate support records.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn and passionate about helping customers.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
