HR Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive from Belgaum to manage our company's human resource functions, including recruitment, compliance, payroll, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Employee record management and attendance tracking
• Salary processing and payroll coordination
• Handling statutory compliances: PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws
• Drafting HR policies and maintaining HR documentation
• Resolving employee issues and ensuring HR best practices
• Planning internal training and engagement activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/MBA in HR or relevant field
• 0-2 years of experience in HR functions
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR tools
• Fluent in Marathi, Kannada, English, and Hindi
• Must be a local resident of Belgaum or nearby areas
