Join our dynamic team as an Implementation & Onboarding Executive in Belagavi, Karnataka, where your technical expertise will empower new customers and elevate their experience with our innovative Ecobillz software. In this full-time, onsite role, you will spearhead the onboarding process, installing our software across various devices, from PCs to servers, while delivering exceptional support and building strong relationships with clients.
We are seeking an enthusiastic problem solver with at least one year of IT support experience, particularly in software installation and configuration. Strong communication skills, fluency in English and Hindi, and a solid understanding of Windows Operating Systems are essential. If you have experience with Ubuntu Linux, AWS, or the hospitality sector, that's a bonus!
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of IT support experience, with a focus on software installation, configuration, and customer support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating System (Windows 7/10/11 or Windows Server) and configuration using the control panel, including network setup, printer installation, and driver setup.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English; fluency in Hindi is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and train junior resources.
- Bachelorβs or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Added Advantage: Experience with Ubuntu Linux and AWS cloud.
- Added Advantage: Knowledge of the Hospitality segment and exposure to software such as Opera, Micros, or Symphony.
- Added Advantage: Ability to speak English, Hindi, Kannada, and Marathi.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and install software on various devices (PC, tablet, iPad, server).
- Respond to customer support calls and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with customers and internal development teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Maintain Ecobillz software on customer systems or cloud platforms.
- Track, manage, and close customer tickets using the ticketing system.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and provide regular updates on customer issues.
- Provide training and support to customers on software usage and best practices.
- Document technical processes and customer interactions for future reference.
