  • Minimum 1 to 1.5 years experience in IQC department.
  • Knowledge on software tools using JIRA, Excel, Google sheet, Email, Invoice checking, Labeling, Barcode generating and part codes matching with batch codes.
  • Knowledge on Tag's like - RED Tag, Yellow Tag, Green Tag, Orange Tags.
  • Inspecting: Performing inspections on incoming materials to check their appearance, size, function, and packaging.
  • Managing: Managing the acceptance and release of incoming materials from suppliers and from IQC lab, Communicating with co-workers and engineers.
  • Documenting: Maintaining detailed records of inspections, including deviations or defects,  Analyzing laboratory measurement data to identify test problems.
  • Improving: Implementing improvements to processes and systems, Training Recruiting, training, and optimizing training content and schedules for the IQC team.
  • Auditing: Performing product audits in warehouses
  • Reporting: Preparing MIS reports
  • Analyzing customer concerns: Analyzing customer concerns related to quality and identifying root causes.
  • Collaborating: Collaborating with supervisors and others to resolve issues.
  • Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirement.
  • Overseeing production: Overseeing production stages to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing protocols: Developing and enforcing protocols to optimize inspection processes and enhance product quality assurance.
  • Knowledge about using quality tools like - Vernier, Micro gauge, Tacho meter, Paint meter, Multimeter & etc.
