About the Internship

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive management students who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in digital business operations. This internship offers exposure to social media marketing, e-commerce management, and online business operations in a fast-growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Update and maintain product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing
  • Process customer orders and coordinate order fulfillment
  • Handle customer queries and basic marketplace support
  • Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare simple reports
  • Support day-to-day business and administrative activities

Desired Skills

  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Willingness to learn e-commerce and marketplace operations
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail
