Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to maintain seamless communication.
• Break down goals into clear tasks, timelines, and milestones.
• Ensure the team works in cooperation grounded, respectful, and supportive of each other.
• Build a positive work rhythm that encourages ownership, discipline, and creativity.
• Identify risks early and navigate challenges with practical, solution first thinking.
• Maintain transparent communication with leadership and clients regarding progress, delays, or changes.
• Uphold quality standards across deliverables, timelines, and processes.
• Foster continuous improvement within the team technically, operationally, and culturally.
• Keep documentation crisp, updated, and accessible.

Must Have Skills & Qualities

• Proven experience managing software or technology projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and modern project management tools.
• Excellent communication clear, honest, and steady under pressure.

• Experience with cross functional remote teams.
• Familiarity with DailyGate, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
