Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Engagement Telecalling Executive who will proactively connect with existing AnexGate customers to stay in touch, understand their experience, help resolve issues, and discuss AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals and upgrades.
This role is essential to maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring customers get timely support and continued coverage.
Key Responsibilities

Make periodic outbound calls to existing customers to check on product usage and satisfaction

Act as the first point of contact for basic customer concerns and support requests

Understand customer issues and coordinate with technical support teams for resolution

Track and follow up on open issues to ensure closure

Explain AMC benefits, renewal timelines, and coverage details to customers

Remind customers about upcoming AMC expiries and assist with renewal coordination

Maintain detailed call notes, issue status, and AMC information in the CRM system

Ensure professional, courteous, and relationship-focused communication

Collect customer feedback and share insights with sales and support teams
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong spoken communication skills with a friendly and professional tone

Proficiency in English, Hindi and at least one regional language (Kannada preferred; Hindi/Telugu/Tamil is a plus)

Comfortable working with CRM systems for logging calls, issues, and follow-ups

Basic understanding of customer support and service workflows

Ability to clearly explain AMC concepts in simple, non-salesy language

Good listening skills and empathy while handling customer concerns

Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM, ticket references)

Experience in customer support, customer success, or telecalling roles

Exposure to B2B customers or IT/networking products

Familiarity with AMC, renewals, or service subscriptions
