Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications.
• Build front-end features using ReactJS with precision and care.
• Craft scalable back-end services and APIs using NodeJS.
• Support and enhance functionality built with PHP.
• Work closely with designers, product owners, and teammates to bring features to life.
• Optimize code for speed, security, and enduring stability.
• Diagnose issues deeply and resolve them with lasting solutions.
• Stay in tune with emerging technologies and bring fresh, future-ready ideas.

Must-Have Skills & Qualities

• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, and PHP.
• Solid command of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end tooling.
• Familiarity with databases like MySQL or MongoDB.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Ability to write clean, structured, maintainable code.
• Excellent communication skills—clear, respectful, and confident.
• A deep sense of honesty and integrity—someone who does the right thing even when unseen.
• A problem-solver’s mindset and the composure to navigate pressure with clarity.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Exposure to UI/UX fundamentals.
• Understanding of DevOps or CI/CD pipelines.
