Production Operations Manager

The Factory Operations Manager will be responsible for end-to-end production and manufacturing operations of the RIVOT NX100 electric scooter, ensuring vehicles are produced efficiently, meet quality standards, and are ready for sale and dispatch.

The role involves planning and managing production schedules, coordinating with supply chain and procurement teams for timely material availability, overseeing assembly and testing processes, maintaining quality control systems, managing factory personnel, and working closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent component quality and delivery.

The Factory Operations Manager will drive productivity, cost optimization, process improvements, inventory control, safety compliance, and on-time production targets while ensuring the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.
