Job Summary:
We are hiring a Mechanical/CAD Designer skilled in SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX for design and development of aerospace components, tools, molds, and jigs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design of drone frames, parts, and enclosures using CAD tools
- Mold design for composite parts and plastic components
- Design and drafting of jigs, fixtures, and custom tooling
- Collaborate with manufacturing and R&D teams
- Maintain design documentation and revision control
- Perform basic simulation and analysis (FEA preferred)
- Optimize designs for manufacturing and assembly
Qualifications:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, or similar field
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX
- 0-2 years of experience in mechanical/product/tool design
- Experience in mold and jig making is mandatory
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
