Should be a multi-tasker with good communication skill for one of the leading Software company in Belgaum, Karnataka
Responsibilities and Duties
- To make outgoing calls to customers & keep them informed about new products and services.
- Generate lead and pass it to the Sales team and coordinate till the deal is closed
- Should be able to sell the products and services to the customer online
- To listen to objections and handle them effectively
- To enter the details of every interaction in the CRM
- Determines requirements by working with customers
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
- Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Undergraduates/graduates
- Fresher 0 to 12 months experience in sales could be an added advantage
- Regional language Kannada, Marathi and Hindi communication skill will be plus
- Basic telephone etiquette & MS Office
- Ability to write, read and speak English to suit the business need
- Decision making, numerical ability & logical reasoning
- Customer focus and being attentive
